kite.monitor is operated by Concept7. This page explains what data we collect through the monitoring dashboard and the client packages that report to it, and how that data is used.
Each connected project reports a limited set of operational metadata on a schedule:
We do not collect application source code, database contents, or end-user data from monitored projects — only the version metadata needed to assess security and end-of-life risk.
Access to the dashboard is via Google sign-in, restricted to Concept7 accounts. We store the name and email address associated with your Google account, and require multi-factor authentication.
To check for known vulnerabilities and support windows, kite.monitor queries public APIs such as Packagist and endoflife.date using the version metadata described above. No project-identifying information is shared with these services beyond the package name and version being checked.
Project and account data is retained for as long as the project or team remains active in kite.monitor. You can request removal at any time by contacting us.
Questions about this privacy statement or your data can be sent to info@concept7.nl.
